Only so we understand your background and experience properly and can spot the right opportunities. We won't send it to any employer without your permission.
Step 3 of 4
We connect with employers in your area and look into what's actually available, including roles not advertised on Seek or LinkedIn. You get it all back in one email: a proper summary of what's out there, and the specifics on each one. The team, the pay, the caseload.
Step 4 of 4
Tell us which ones you'd like to explore and we'll make the introduction. From there it's entirely your pace. Meet who you want, when you want, and stop whenever you like.
Two ways to meet an employer
You don't have to jump straight into a formal interview.
Pick whichever suits you.
An informal phone chat with the hiring manager. Say hello, hear about the role first-hand and ask anything you like, before committing to a formal interview.

You'll speak to someone who works in your discipline every day. They know the providers, they know which teams are worth joining, and they'll know what you mean when you describe your caseload.
Not every job makes it to SEEK or LinkedIn. Because we talk to allied health providers constantly, we hear about roles before they're advertised, positions being created, flexible arrangements, and employers who'll make room for the right person.
Nothing goes anywhere without your say-so. We'll show you the opportunity first, and your résumé only moves once you've said you're interested.
We'll find out what we can before you commit to anything: salary and benefits, caseload and client groups, team size, supervision, KPIs, flexibility, travel, professional development and where the role could lead.
An interview doesn't have to be the first step. We can often set up an informal phone or video chat with the hiring manager, so you can get a feel for the place before anything formal.
There's more on the table than salary. We can help you sort out working days and hours, start dates, a holiday you've already booked, flexible arrangements, professional development, caseload preferences, and visa or working rights.
There's no such thing as a silly question. Whether a salary is competitive, whether a KPI is realistic, whether an organisation will actually back your development, just ask.

No, and it never will. Finding roles, making introductions, arranging interviews, résumé feedback, salary guidance, career planning, all yours whether or not you take a role through us. Employers pay us, not you. Some have internal recruiters; others bring us in instead. It's a bit like using a broker for a home loan: the lender pays them, not you.
Not from us. We won't send your details anywhere without your say-so, and we'll always tell you exactly who we're thinking of approaching first. If there are places you'd rather we stayed away from, just let us know.
Definitely. A lot of what we place is new grad and early career, and your first role matters more than most. Good supervision in year one shapes everything after it. We'll tell you honestly which employers actually deliver it.
That's most of the conversations we have. There's no obligation and nothing goes on file. Plenty of people talk to us for months before anything changes, and plenty never move at all. That's completely fine.
Not at all. Permanent, contract and locum, across every discipline we cover. If you're weighing up which would suit you, that's worth talking through before you start looking.
Entirely up to you. Some people interview within a week, others take months, and some just want to know what's out there. We'll work at whatever pace you set and we won't chase you.
